Should the top 10% rich who control 75% of the jobs threaten 75% unemployment if they do not get lower taxes?

The rich want the Fair Tax that offers them lower taxes yet still give the government the same revenue. The rich control over 75% of the jobs. They can deliver 75% unemployment to those who want to play hard ball by moving their business to friendlier countries. Are you ready to lose your job or get a lower tax and keep it. No matter what happens the rich will still live in three homes, play golf anwhere. They will still have more money than they can spend without their businesses. But they can move them and have both. Are you ready to lose your job over that?????

It sounds like that would be a good idea. The problem is that smart people who don’t want to get rich often prefer to get powerful, so the rich end up being outvoted. And they didn’t get rich coordinating actions like that; they got rich by competing.

So it’s a nice thought experiment, but not likely to happen.
