home business oppurtunities

YTB, And other at-home scams.?
Hello, I have been interested in working at home for the last year now. I have tried thin and few of the online ‘oppurtunities’ because most of these looked like scams.
I’ve recently stumbled apon Your Travel Business or YTB which looked completely legit and profitable. After googling just ‘YTB’ I came across many negative reviews or this business.
So really, my question is:
Is there any at home business’s that are not scams, that actually make a decent profitable living? I’m not looking for hundreds of thousands a year. I’m content on $30,000-$40,000 a year. I just want to work in the comfort of my own home and enjoy the freedom of that.
Any responses would be MUCHLY appreciated.
YTB is not a scam. I’m not a business owner in YTB but I do know a couple of people who are and do make a very good living off of this. This is the only form of income they have, and are self sufficient.
Unstoppable dreams is correct! I gave him a thumbs up!
Here’s something that all real business people know! Don’t go to blogs or reports such as ripoffreports or watchdog or any other blog spot. because they don’t distinguish if a business is legit, real or not. The BBB should only be used as a tool to see if a business is registered. If they are, then you know that it’s a legitament business. Only members of the BBB are legitament businesses, past that it becomes another blog. Blogs are places that negative people go to only to vent their flustrations on something that did not work for them. Usually these people are the ones who did not do what was needed to succeed in a business because they didn’t put the time or effort needed to succeed, or do what other’s who “have” succeeded in that particular industry had advised them to do. They didn’t follow the advice or properly take advantage of any training in the industry that was offered. Anyhow, the majority of the negative things from past representatives and consumers as well, that are usually 80 percent false accusations. They can’t fess up to the fact of the real reason why they failed in business. Instead of standing up and admitting to what they really did or did not do, they try and pass the buck onto someone or something else to try and justify their failure. Basically to make themselves feel better and to distract the attention of the “real” reason why they didn’t succeed. That’s what blogs are basically about. So when searching for a business for yourself, look for yourself, not anyone else’s. Talk to the people who are involved in the company “now” not then. The ones involved then and not now have failed in there busines, they are only going to give you negative feed back and not tell you the truth as to why they didn’t succeed and label it a scam or even to the extent in some occasions calling it a fraud. They detour you away from seeing the real opportunity that you can have because they failed. Which isn’t right. You need to be a leader not a follower. If your a follower of negative impact, then that’s how life will always be for you, negative!
You need to understand that Businesses take time to build. The average time to build a successful business is anywhere from 2 to 5 years. That doesn’t mean that you won’t make a sufficient amount of income before this time. Depending on how much work and effort you put into it, will determine how much income you make and how quickly it increases. Making a business successful is entirely up to you. Most home based business opportunities have support and training systems to help you be successful. YOU have to follow that system from that industry, if you don’t, you will fail! Pretty simple.
You asked of any other type of opportunities. There are plenty of different ones to take a look at. . I created a blog on my 360 yahoo page on home based business opportunities. Over half a dozen different ones to choose from in several different industries. Also a lot of information on scams, what to look for the BBB, and a few other things you should be educated on on know before getting involved and starting a business. You’ll need to work it, not try it. If you just try, you won’t succeed! This is your bread and butter, you need to treat it like that, not a hand me down.
